Osorno Volcano tour begins with a narrated drive through Puerto Montt , where you will meet your tour guide. The Osorno Volcano is so high, it can be seen from the Puerto Montt city’s landscape, as it reaches the steep heights. The travel continues out of the city, crossing through the picturesque town of Puerto Varas, where you will have a view of Lake Llanquihue- a beautiful spot for taking pictures and the snow-capped Osorno Volcano. Your journey continues past the little village of Ensenada before reaching the Petrohue Falls.
Osorno Volcano. Is a 2,652-meter tall volcano in Chile. The Osorno Volcano is great to travel option for photographers, as it is filled with breathtaking landscapes as well for adventurers as you can ice climb here in certain part of the year. The volcano had its last eruption in 1869.
Experience the picturesque setting of a succession of emerald green Rapids against a backdrop of mountains to the East. There will be ample time to explore the area by foot.
Enduring the travel, you will go on to Vicente Perez Rosales National Park and up the Osorno Volcano Ski and Mountain Center, at an altitude of 1,300 meters ( 4300 feet) above sea level. When you reach La Burbuja sector, you will enjoy the panoramic views and will be able to take pictures of the unique view of the summit of the volcanoes Osorno and Calbuco with their snow-covered peaks and of Lake Llanquihue. You will also have the chance to enjoy the views from a chairlift ( optional) if you wish to do so.
The park is home to an extensive native flora of millennial Alerce, Coihue, Lenga, Tepa, Arrayan, Manio, Notro and over 600 other species. The outstanding animal life is represented by Puma, Pudu, Coipos, beaver, fox, forest monkey, and the great Andean Small.
A stop will be made at a local handicraft market during the tour.
Tour order may be changed to alleviate congestion.
Tour concludes at the airport, hotel or pier.

We recommend that guests wear warm layered clothing in order to fully enjoy and participate in this excursion, a rain coat, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are also recommended.
Light color clothing is recommended to avoid the Mosquitoes ( December to January)
